Refund and Returns Policy
If you are unsure about the artwork choice, before you purchase one or more art prints, sculptures, or paintings from our shop, check how this latest art acquisition, goes with your home, office, or other interior design, that you wish to implement these artworks in.
In some cases, we can provide you with visualization templates that include our art. We can send you additional close-ups via email or set artwork in your visuals. We do our best to help our clients and collectors enjoy our art pieces, so if you have doubts, please contact us before your purchase.
Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we know that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since you received your artwork purchase, that will mean that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If 5 days have passed after the art is received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your art item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please, do not send your purchase back if you haven't contacted us before.
There are certain situations where refunds can not be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Please note that this only applies to LIMITED EDITION Prints on canvas and paper.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, SCULPTURES, and PANELS are not the subject of return. We do our best to safely pack these works in wooden crates to reach you in perfect condition. Also, original paintings and sculptures are subject to different shipping rates and fees, and these are substantial compared to prints in tubes.
We understand that purchasing original items online without seeing them in person can be challenging. If you have any doubts, questions, or concerns, please contact us before making a purchase.
We will send you additional images and visualizations just to be sure that you are making a good choice.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt of your print at ad***@ma*************.art, and our team will be happy to assist you. All prints should match the products portrayed on our website. Please, bear in mind that colors on our art prints can slightly vary, due to different monitors. If you are not satisfied with your print, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at ad***@ma*************.art with a reason so we can investigate further, and if it is applicable, we'll arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority.
Cancellations And Changes
As we manufacture the order, unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. As we endeavor to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.
Change Of Mind
We print to order for all purchases, so, unfortunately, We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend taking the time to choose the right print for your space.- or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. Please ensure you measure up carefully. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 1-3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and still have not received your refund, please, contact us at ad***@ma*************.art.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Damaged paintings, light sculptures, and panels
If you received a damaged sculpture, panel, or painting and it is confirmed as in the section "Faulty Or Damaged Goods", to return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
