If you are unsure about the artwork choice, before you purchase one or more art prints, sculptures, or paintings from our shop, check how this latest art acquisition, goes with your home, office, or other interior design, that you wish to implement these artworks in.
In some cases, we can provide you with visualization templates that include our art. We can send you additional close-ups via email or set artworks in your visuals. We do our best to help our clients and collectors enjoy our art pieces, so if you have doubts, please contact us before your purchase.

Although we’re sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we know that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your received your artwork purchase, that will mean that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If 5 days have passed after the art is received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your art item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us if you didn’t contact us before.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you. All prints should match the products portrayed on our website. Please, bear in mind that colors on our art prints can slightly vary, due to different monitors. If you are not satisfied with your print, please contact us at [email protected] with a reason so we can investigate further, and if it is applicable, we’ll arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority. 

Cancellations And Changes

As we manufacture the order, unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. As we endeavor to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.

Change Of Mind

We print to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind or incorrect size choice. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space – or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Please, ensure you measure up carefully. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
